Terms of Service
1. Service Overview
RHXY (the "Service") is an AI-powered structural simulation (CAE) platform provided by RHX.LAB (the "Company"). Users can upload 3D CAD files, set analysis conditions in natural language, and receive structural verification results.
2. Eligibility
The Service is available to individuals aged 14 or older, or legally established entities. Information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for their account security. Account credentials must not be shared with third parties. Any unauthorized access must be reported to the Company immediately.
4. Scope of Service
The Service is provided for design reference purposes. AI analysis results do not replace professional engineer verification. Ultimate responsibility for safety-critical design decisions rests with the user. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of analysis results.
5. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights for CAD files and design data uploaded by users remain with the users. The Company processes such data only to the extent necessary for service delivery and does not use user data to train AI models.
6. Fees and Billing
Paid plan pricing is specified on the pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle and may be canceled at any time before renewal.
7. Service Modifications
The Company may modify or discontinue the Service with prior notice. The Service may be temporarily suspended without notice due to urgent security or technical issues.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gwangju District Court.
